- Subject of Agreement
- This Agreement is made between PT. Mitra Tera Sinergi Indonesia, hereinafter referred to as CariHosting.ID, and the user of CariHosting.ID's services, which is a legal entity or individual who orders and/or uses the services of CariHosting.ID, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
- The Customer is deemed eligible to agree to this Agreement.
- If the Customer represents another party, that other party is also deemed to have agreed to this Agreement.
- The primary identification recognized by CariHosting.ID as the Customer is the owner of the email address used to register for CariHosting.ID services.
- Validity of Agreement
- This Agreement is effective from the moment the Customer places an order for CariHosting.ID services until the Customer unsubscribes from the CariHosting.ID services.
- The expiration of the Agreement does not release a legal entity or individual who has been a Customer from the consequences of using CariHosting.ID services in violation of the regulations and laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Service Agreement
In using CariHosting.ID services, the Customer is deemed to have read and agreed to the relevant Service Agreement corresponding to the service used, as follows:
- Hosting Service Agreement
- Domain Service Agreement
- Privacy Protection Service Agreement
- VPS Service Agreement
- Service Policies
In using CariHosting.ID services, the Customer is deemed to have read and agreed to the following Service Policies:
- Billing Policy
- General Agreement
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Customer Rights and Obligations
- The Customer has the right to receive Customer Support to assist in using CariHosting.ID services. The communication channels used for this support are:
o Chat via CariHosting.ID livechat
o Trouble ticket system
o Email
o Phone
- The Customer has the right to access the Customer Portal, a website page containing information about the CariHosting.ID services used by the Customer, subscription period information, invoices, and other information.
- The Customer must comply with all applicable regulations and laws in Indonesia
- The Customer must comply with industry standard regulations related to CariHosting.ID services, such as regulations from ICANN, IANA, APNIC, and others;
- The Customer is obliged to always update their Customer Data with valid, current information. CariHosting.ID is not responsible for disruptions to the Customer's services resulting from invalid Customer Data.
The Customer Data referred to above includes:
o Email address;
o Full name;
o Address;
o Postal code;
o City;
o Province;
o Telephone number;
o Mobile phone number;
- Customer Support
- Customer Support is the action taken by CariHosting.ID to assist Customers who are experiencing difficulties with the CariHosting.ID services they use;
- The aforementioned Customer Support provided by CariHosting.ID has the following limitations:
o Customer Support for difficulties the Customer experiences in using CariHosting.ID services;
o Customer Support for technical issues on CariHosting.ID's end that cause service disruptions;
- Customer Support by CariHosting.ID does not cover the following:
o Service disruptions caused by third-party issues, including but not limited to disruptions on the Customer's ISP side;
o Service disruptions due to errors on the Customer's side, such as:
- Incorrect, non-optimal, and/or insecure Customer scripting causing service inaccessibility or malfunction. CariHosting.ID explicitly declines Customer Support requests to correct the aforementioned issues;
- Leakage of confidential information on the Customer's side, including leaked login credentials;
- Compromise of the Customer's website, whether intentional or unintentional, with items prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy;
- Customer Support involving actions on the service cannot be performed if CariHosting.ID has:
- Provided facilities allowing the Customer to perform actions on the services themselves;
- Provided references showing the Customer how to perform a specific action on the services used;
- CariHosting.ID reserves the right to unilaterally impose additional charges for performing certain Customer Support that falls outside the determined scope and limitations.
The determination of the scope and limitations of Customer Support is dynamically defined by CariHosting.ID.
- VAT Tax Policy and Tax Invoice Requests
For customers who are business entities/legal entities in Indonesia requiring tax invoices for transactions at CariHosting.ID, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Invoices can only be issued after the Customer has made payment.
- The Customer's Tax Identification Number (NPWP) must be registered in CariHosting.ID's system. If not yet registered, the Customer can input their NPWP data by:
- Entering the data in the order form when purchasing a service; or
- Through the link https://carihosting.id or
- Sending a scanned copy of the NPWP to billing@CariHosting.ID
- CariHosting.ID will automatically issue invoices for all transactions for Customers who have only 1 NPWP registered in the system;
- For customers with multiple NPWPs registered in the system, CariHosting.ID will first confirm by sending a Draft Tax Invoice via email so the Customer can select the NPWP to be used for the transaction in question.
If the customer does not provide confirmation within 3 business days, the Tax Invoice will be issued according to the Draft Tax Invoice.
- Customers whose NPWP is not yet registered can request a tax invoice in the same month as the transaction month, no later than the 8th of the following month. For example, if an invoice was processed in January 2024, the latest request must be made by February 8, 2024. If the request is made after February 8, 2024, CariHosting.ID cannot issue a Tax Invoice using the submitted NPWP.
Withholding of Income Tax Article 23 (PPh 23):
Corporate Taxpayers can withhold PPh 23 at 2% of the Selling Price (not the Tax Base/DPP) and this applies to all CariHosting.ID products, provided that proof of PPh 23 withholding is first sent via email/softcopy to the CariHosting.ID Billing department, corresponding to the tax invoice period.

If the customer has not sent the PPh 23 withholding proof by the 10th of the following month, CariHosting.ID will consider the transaction as underpaid and services cannot be processed until the buyer settles the payment in full.
- Agreement Amendments
- CariHosting.ID reserves the right to unilaterally change the content of this agreement without prior notice.
- The Customer agrees to any changes to the content of the agreement made unilaterally by CariHosting.ID.
- Violations and Sanctions
In the event of a violation of this Agreement, including violations of the Service Agreement and Service Policies by the Customer, CariHosting.ID has the right to terminate services, either permanently or temporarily, without any obligation for CariHosting.ID to compensate for material and immaterial losses on the Customer's side resulting from such service termination.
- Disclaimer
The Customer or any other party cannot claim compensation for losses incurred in relation to the CariHosting.ID services used by the Customer.
CariHosting.ID is not responsible for legal violations committed by the Customer using CariHosting.ID services.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that arise will be resolved through deliberation to reach a consensus.
